From Summer to Fall, 2017

Well, somehow summer has passed and here we are in fall.  There were fewer trips and more work days than I would have preferred.  It was a heck of a fire and smoke season in Oregon this year.  Oh and there was this eclipse thing.

Smoke over Horse Prairie Fire

Even when we got back to fishing there was plenty of smoke and fire action to be had.

All the sudden weather changed, there was rain and snow across the state and just like that we were in a fall weather pattern.  And just in time, it is on to a few fall adventures.

Rogue River

First up was a float down the Rogue.  It’s been a few years since the last trip here, and what a magical place it is.

Rogue Turtles (or is it turtles on the Rogue?)

Mule Creek Canyon swallows the river

Blossom

More adventures ahead….
